Manufacturing Engineer

Communications & Power Industries (CPI) is a global manufacturer of electronic components and subsystems. We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for technical assignments involving maximizing the manufacturability and maintaining timely product flow for assigned products.

Requirements

• Develop, implement, and maintain methods, operation sequence, and processes in the manufacture or fabrication of parts, components, sub-assemblies, and final assemblies.
• Estimate manufacturing costs, determine time standards, process qualifications, work instructions, and make recommendations for tooling and process requirements of new and existing product lines.
• Collaborate with Quality Engineering to monitor product yield, provide product factory / field failure root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.
