As a Residential Assistant Program Director, you will support the Director in day-to-day operations, provide personal care, and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
Requirements
- Active MAP certification
- High School diploma (BA degree in Human Services or related field preferred)
- Management or supervisory experience (preferred)
- At least 2 years of experience supporting adults with developmental disabilities
- Valid Driver's license, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record
