Job Description
Communitas is seeking a Residential Assistant Program Director (Pitman Drive) to support a director and ensure the efficient operation of a residential program. The role involves providing personal care, implementing policies, supervising medical and nutritional health, and assisting with individual service plans. They are dedicated to delivering individualized, family-centered services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Requirements
- Active MAP certification
- High School diploma (BA degree preferred)
- Management or supervisory experience preferred
- At least 2 years of experience supporting adults with developmental disabilities
- Passion and dedication to supporting people
- Valid Driver’s license and reliable transportation
