Job Description
Directs and oversees all aspects of an organization's customer service and transportation policies, objectives, and initiatives.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Public Health, Business, Health Administration or related field
- Seven years management experience in a healthcare organization
- Experience with the Medi-Cal program, Member Services and Transportation Services
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Ability to plan, assign and supervise the work of others
