Marketing Representative

Provides information and education on Medicare and Medi-Cal managed care programs to qualified beneficiaries, community-based organizations, and the general public by cultivating and sustaining positive working relationships with community organizations serving Medi-Cal beneficiaries.

Requirements

• High school diploma
• Resident Insurance Producer Accident and Health Agent License
• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field (preferred)
• 1-year successful community outreach experience (preferably related to healthcare and/or Medi-Cal managed care plans)
• Knowledge of Medi-Cal managed care plan benefits and eligibility requirements
• Community Health Group programs and services
• Familiarity with community social service organizations and groups
• Excellent oral communication skills
• Bilingual ability in English/Spanish
