Job Description
Community Hospital Corporation is looking for a Regional HR Director to support the implementation of human resources policies, procedures, and systems for post acute facilities nation-wide. The role involves advising management on employee relations, administering compensation programs, and promoting staff retention and recognition.
Requirements
- BS or BA in Human Resources Management or equivalent
- Five to Seven years of progressive Human Resources experience in Healthcare
- Hospital experience required
- Management experience preferred
- UKG experience, a plus
- PHR or SPHR preferred
