Job Description
Community Hospital Corporation (CHC) is seeking a Director of Human Resources for their Post Acute Division. This role focuses on implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, and supporting recruitment and retention efforts for post-acute facilities nationally. The position will involve advising management on HR issues and coordinating various HR-related activities.
Requirements
- BS or BA in Human Resources Management or equivalent
- 5-7 years of progressive HR experience in Healthcare
- Hospital experience required
- Management experience preferred
- Travel up to 25-40% of time
- PHR or SPHR preferred
