Requirements

• Complete the training and certification process to become a Certified Benefits Counselor.
• Manage a caseload of participants and provide benefits counseling services.
• Assist caseload with concerns and questions related to their public benefits received.
• Assist participants with understanding the need for benefits counseling.
• Follow protocols regarding funding and how supports are provided.
