Job Description
Community Medical Services (CMS) is hiring a Community Impact Specialist to assist patients recovering from addictions to opioids and other illicit substances. The role involves fostering relationships with community partners and providing support to patients in substance abuse treatment.
Requirements
- Experience in substance abuse rehabilitation and/or opioid treatment programs (preferred)
- Bilingual (preferred)
- Ability to travel within the region, including to all CMS locations as needed
- Culturally competent and sensitive to individualized client treatment needs
- Valid Driver License and Motor Vehicle Clearance (clean driving record for 39 months)
