Job Description
Community Medical Services (CMS) is hiring a Community Impact Specialist to assist patients recovering from addictions to opioids and other illicit substances. Every day you will use your experience in substance abuse rehabilitation and opioid treatment programs to foster relationships with community partners.
Requirements
- Experience in substance abuse rehabilitation and/or opioid treatment programs (preferred)
- Bilingual (preferred)
- Ability to travel within the region, including to all CMS locations as needed
- Culturally competent and sensitive to individualized client treatment needs
- Peer Recovery Support Certificate or PRSS training certificate required
- Valid Driver License and Motor Vehicle Clearance (clean driving record for 39 months)
