Job Description
Community Medical Services (CMS) is seeking a Regional Operations Director to lead the transformation and optimization of their behavioral health services across multiple facilities in Phoenix, Arizona. This high-impact leadership role focuses on driving operational excellence, implementing innovative solutions, influencing quality of care, and managing P&L responsibilities. The role offers significant growth potential for an operations executive.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field
- 7+ years of progressive multi-site healthcare operations management experience
- Proven ability to drive revenue growth and profit margin improvement
- Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies
- Strong knowledge of behavioral health regulations, CARF accreditation standards
- Proven ability to lead teams of 50+ employees
- Willingness to travel 40-50% within assigned region
