Community Resources for Justice (CRJ) is a unique, 145-year-old nonprofit organization that provides direct care as well as research and consulting services within the areas of the Mental Health, Criminal Justice, and Public Policy fields.

Requirements

• Master’s degree required
• LCSW, BCBA/LABA, LMHC preferred
• Experience working with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities, mental health diagnoses, or behavioral challenges preferred
• Experience designing and implementing support plans for individuals with developmental disabilities, autism and/or challenging behaviors preferred
• Understanding of Positive Behavior Supports preferred
