Program Director III

CSI is seeking an experienced Program Director to lead the Drapelick Center program in Bloomfield, CT. The Program Director is responsible for the operation, staffing, programming, safety, leadership, and fiscal management of the program.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of experience in the social service or criminal justice field
• 3 years of experience in management and supervision of staff
• Ability to effectively engage and develop collaborative relationships with funders and other stakeholders
• Excellent leadership skills including interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
