Job Description
This Senior Compliance Coding Auditor role involves conducting coding audits, providing training to providers and staff, and ensuring accurate coding submissions to government agencies and private payers. Responsibilities include reviewing charts, identifying discrepancies, and recommending coding improvements. The role requires a commitment to maintaining accuracy and compliance with coding guidelines.
Requirements
- Proficiency in CPT, CDT, HCPCS procedure, and ICD‐10‐CM diagnosis codes
- Knowledge in SNOMED, SNODENT, and LOINC
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Critical thinking/problem solving
