Job Description
We're looking for a Senior Commercial Partnerships Manager to lead strategic FMCG partnerships, drive sustainable commercial growth, and build relationships with major manufacturing and retail partners.
Requirements
- At least 3 years' experience in a senior FMCG manufacturing account management role
- Experience within food manufacturing and retail account management
- A strong understanding of FMCG market dynamics and commercial drivers
- A proven track record of growing and retaining strategic partnerships
- Experience leading and developing high-performing teams
- Strong negotiation skills and commercial acumen
- Excellent communication and presentation capability
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear action
- High attention to detail in reporting and forecasting
- A genuine passion for creating positive social and environmental impact
