As an Assistant Director of Environmental Services, you will assist the Director in directing and leading the operational needs of the Housekeeping Department. You will coordinate tasks, provide service, and communicate with hospital departments.
Requirements
- Establishes and reviews standards and work procedures for all Housekeeping staff
- Plans work schedules, hours, areas of work, and job duties
- Interviews, selects, hires, evaluates, and recommends termination of facility housekeeping personnel
- Orients, trains, develops and supervises of all Housekeeping staff
- Conducts regular inspections and evaluations of the facility
- Schedules major project work, assuring that adequate staff and supplies are available
- Conducts regular inventory of housekeeping supplies
- Assists Department Director with budgets
