We are seeking a hospitality centric Field Marketing Specialist to support a multi-site, dynamic portfolio (NC, VA, KY, and SC). The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the food and beverage industry. The role requires a strong understanding of marketing principles, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Requirements
- Support on-site dining operations by planning and executing localized marketing initiatives that drive traffic, engagement, and revenue
- Collaborate closely with culinary teams, operations managers, and unit leaders to promote menus, seasonal offerings, and special events
- Develop and deploy marketing materials including signage, digital displays, promotions, and point-of-sale collateral aligned with brand standards
- Coordinate and support promotional events such as tastings, grand openings, themed meals, and wellness or sustainability campaigns
- Gather insights from the field to inform marketing strategies, including guest feedback, sales trends, and competitive observations
- Ensure brand consistency and messaging accuracy across all dining locations within the assigned territory
- Partner with corporate marketing and operations teams to execute national or regional campaigns at the unit level
- Track campaign performance and provide post-event recaps, including recommendations for improvement
- Manage timelines, logistics, and vendor coordination to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives
- Serve as a marketing liaison for dining operations, ensuring alignment between operational goals and marketing efforts
