Frictionless Markets (Concessions) Bar Back - Intuit Dome

We are seeking a Frictionless Markets (Concessions) Bar Back to join our team at Intuit Dome. As a Bar Back, you will be responsible for receiving and stocking liquor, beer, and wine, as well as assisting with cleaning and setting up the bar area.

Requirements

• Knowledge of point-of-sale systems
• Ability to adapt and learn new technology/ programs
• Service-oriented and willing to help patrons
• Customer service skills to maintain positive customer relationships, encourage customer loyalty and resolve conflicts
• Excellent communication to interact with team members and customers
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and stressful environment
• Attention to detail to maintain accurate inventory and transaction records
• Work experience as a retail cashier or in a similar role in sales
• Basic PC knowledge
• Familiarity with electronic equipment, such as point-of-sales systems
• Strong math skills
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Customer satisfaction-oriented
• Team-oriented
