The Concessions Markets Supervisor is responsible for directing and responding to guest questions and needs, ensuring timely delivery of food, and following food and safety guidelines. The supervisor oversees the breakdown of the event once it is concluded.

Requirements

• Minimum of one year leadership experience
• Knowledgeable on all menu offerings
• Establishes rapport with guests and understands suggestive and upselling techniques
• Employs good safety and sanitation practices
• Follows responsible alcohol service policies
