HVAC TECHNICIAN (FULL TIME)

We are hiring immediately for a full time HVAC TECHNICIAN position in Commerce, TX. Prior experience in commercial HVAC is required, with experience with boilers preferred. The role involves performing skilled maintenance duties related to facilities engineering and maintenance functions. The pay range is $16.00 per hour to $18.00 per hour.

Requirements

• Prior experience in commercial HVAC is required
• Experience with boilers is preferred
• 5 years' experience as a Maintenance Technician in an institutional setting
• Journeyman Electrical License, Registered ACR Technician with EPA certification in Refrigerant, or Journeyman Plumber License
• Experience working with blueprints and schematics
• Valid driver's license
• General understanding of electro-mechanical equipment
• Rudimentary ability to utilize hand-operated construction equipment
