Job Description
Compass is seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to serve as a strategic advisor and hands-on operator, owning critical HR programs and driving accountability across teams. This role is 100% in office and focuses on aligning people strategy with business objectives, coaching leaders, and ensuring operational excellence across HR initiatives. The ideal candidate is a strong advocate for HR best practices and data-driven insights.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
- Advanced degree or HR certification (PHR/SPHR/SHRM-SCP) preferred
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience
- Proven track record of owning and delivering HR programs
- Strong business acumen and impact connection
- Operations excellence in managing multiple priorities
- Data-driven and metrics-focused with project management skills
- Experience with HRIS systems (Workday preferred)
