Job Description
Compass is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to guide their people strategy and provide employee support. The role involves leading people programs, managing talent initiatives, and ensuring a great work environment. As a strategic advisor, they will align people strategy with business goals and build a strong HR function.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5+ years of HR experience
- Strong understanding of policy, compliance, and precedent
- Skilled in program and project management
- Data and insights skills
- Strong business acumen and communication skills
- Highly organized, adaptable, and resilient
- Empathetic, approachable, and trustworthy
- Experience in employee relations, investigations, and conflict resolution
- Experience in Mergers & Acquisitions (a plus)
