Care Navigator

Comprehensive Healthcare is seeking a Care Navigator to work in our Hub & Spoke team, helping clients and providers coordinate substance use treatment with other community services.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or related field
• Eligibility for registration as Agency Affiliated Counselor
• Valid driver's license and vehicle liability insurance
• Compliance with state and federal law regarding criminal convictions and pending charges
• Pass a post-offer, pre-employment drug screen and background check
