Clinic Supervisor

Comprehensive Healthcare is seeking a Clinic Supervisor to provide administrative oversight and supervision to the Support Services team in satellite and outlying clinics throughout their service area. The Clinic Supervisor will assist with establishing consistent practices, coordinating and overseeing outpatient clinic operations, and coaching and training front desk staff to ensure exceptional customer service and maximize reimbursement for services provided.

Requirements

• Associate degree in healthcare management or related field
• Five years of experience in a related position within the healthcare field
• Valid driver's license, vehicle liability insurance, and satisfactory driving record
• Strong understanding of funding source requirements related to commercial insurances, Medicare, Medicaid, Title XIX, and other payors
