Job Description
Comprehensive Healthcare is seeking a Supervisor - Crisis Stabilization to oversee the daily operations of the Crisis Stabilization Unit, a 24/7 facility that provides behavioral health and integrated healthcare services to clients of all ages. The Supervisor will be responsible for hiring, performance reviews, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, as well as providing training and development opportunities to staff.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related degree in Behavioral Health, or a closely related field
- Washington State Agency-affiliated Counselor Registration, or LICSW or LMHC
- Driver's license and vehicle liability insurance
- Previous leadership experience preferred
- Experience collaborating across disciplines and programs to meet the needs of varied client populations is desired
