Supervisor role overseeing daily operations of the Crisis Relief Center, responsible for hiring, performance reviews, and ensuring adherence to agency policies and regulatory requirements. Must have a Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field, previous leadership experience, and Washington State Agency-affiliated Counselor Registration.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related degree in Behavioral Health, or a closely related field
- Previous leadership experience preferred
- Experience collaborating across disciplines and programs to meet the needs of varied client populations is desired
- Washington State Agency-affiliated Counselor Registration, or LICSW or LMHC
