Vice President of Benton Franklin and Walla Walla

Comprehensive Healthcare is seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Behavioral Health Services to provide strategic and operational leadership across three counties, overseeing two core behavioral health outpatient clinics, and leading the development and launch of a new inpatient facility specializing in Substance Use Disorder (SUD) treatment and medical detoxification.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Business, Behavioral Health, Public Administration, Health Administration, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience in behavioral health services
• Proven experience overseeing multi-site behavioral health and SUD programs
• Demonstrated success in launching or managing inpatient treatment facilities (SUD, detox, or similar)
• Strong business acumen, including budgeting, contracting, and service line development
• Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Familiarity with Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinics (CCBHC’s), managed care, and integrated care systems is a plus
