We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly skilled and experienced Absence Management Team Lead with demonstrated internal and external managed claims teams. The Team Lead will be responsible for ensuring the productivity, quality of work, and growth of the team, while fostering strong partnerships with both internal and external teams.
Requirements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and partner vendors
- Collaborate with teams to define project scopes, deliverables, timelines, and quality standards
- Review & manage financial terms to ensure favorable agreements for ComPsych
- Delegates and provides coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to team members
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance the team's skills and scope
- Monitor team performance, productivity, and adherence to organizational standards to ensure all key performance and quality metrics are met or exceeded
- Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
- Drive continuous process improvements to enhance project efficiency and quality
- Foster effective communication between internal and external teams
- Act as a conduit between all stakeholders addressing concerns and facilitating process improvements and enhancements
- Identify opportunities to expand the scope of work
- Understands and complies with the laws and regulations relevant to the position and services
- Perform other duties as assigned
