Absence Management Claims, Team Lead

ComPsych is seeking an Absence Management Team Lead with experience in vendor relations management, team leadership, and project delivery. The successful candidate will build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and partner vendors, collaborate on project scopes, and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field
• Master's degree preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of successful vendor relations management and supervisory experience
• Proven ability to convene diverse stakeholder groups to meet business objectives
• Strong problem solving & team building skills
• Intermediate proficiency in using Microsoft Word and Excel
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, interpersonal and organizational skills, with strong focus on customer service
• Employee benefits administration and/or FMLA administration experience a plus
• Strong understanding of outsourcing processes
• Excellent project management skills, with experience in Agile or other project management methodologies
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is a plus
