Requirements

• Several years of experience with complex digitalization projects in the hospital environment
• Subject-matter and process knowledge from the clinical environment
• IPMA certification
• Completed study in a relevant field (e.g. business administration, health management) or comparable qualification
• Analytical, independent and structured working style
• Solution-oriented working style
• Enthusiasm for working in interdisciplinary teams and with customers
• Confident appearance and communication strength
• Travel readiness and very good communicative skills in German
