Job Description
As an Associate Technical Analyst - Asset Management, you'll manage the end-to-end lifecycle of IT assets, maintain accurate records, and oversee inventory. You'll also generate reports, conduct audits, and collaborate with IT support teams.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in IT Asset Management with DLM experience
- Education in BE, BCA, BSc, or BCom
- Advanced Excel proficiency
- Strong knowledge of IT asset lifecycle management
- Experience with IT asset audits and reconciliations
- Familiarity with ServiceNow or equivalent ITAM tools
- Understanding of ITIL practices in asset and configuration management
- Effective coordination with vendors and logistics
- Strong documentation and reporting abilities
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
