Job Description
Join our Asset Management team as an Associate Technical Analyst and play a vital role in managing the full lifecycle of IT assets. You'll ensure accurate inventory, efficient deployment, and responsible disposal if required.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in IT Asset Management with DLM experience
- Graduation in BE, BCA, BSc, or BCom
- Advanced Excel proficiency (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, advanced formulas)
- Strong knowledge of IT asset lifecycle management
- Experience with IT asset audits and reconciliations
- Familiarity with ServiceNow or equivalent ITAM tools
- Understanding of ITIL practices in asset and configuration management
- Effective coordination with vendors and logistics
- Strong documentation and reporting abilities
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
