The Sales Operations Analyst will perform various activities in support of the Sales team and the rest of the organization, including regular reporting, ad hoc reporting requests, and tracking sales credit for commissions.
Requirements
- Regular reporting of sales bookings, open orders, and invoicing
- Act as Salesforce trainer and SME
- Maintain accurate customer assignments in CRM and ERP systems
- Provide regular reporting of KPIs for the sales leadership team
- Track solution team assignments for opportunity commission teams
- Maintain database for tracking solution team commission assignments and credit
- Regular reporting of sales rep dashboards and performance vs sales targets
- Assist in developing Salesforce reports and dashboards
- Maintain SAP customer master and profit center assignments with Credit team
- Consolidate sales forecasts with comparisons to targets
- Learn about Group Sales Operating model and apply Group standards to US practices
