Job Description
Computershare is seeking a Manager to support the Delivery of HK & APAC Governance Advisory and Managed Service client engagements. This role involves a mix of service delivery, client relationships, and contributing to the team's growth. The role requires active engagement within the Entity Solutions team and is currently hybrid, with some work from home flexibility.
Requirements
- Degree holder or above in Corporate Governance, Business Administration, Management, Finance, Accounting, Law, or Master's degree in Corporate Governance
- HK Companies Ordinance, Listing Rules, Securities and Futures Ordinance experience
- Experience as Issuer client
- 6+ years' experience in corporate governance within professional services or industry
