IT Support Specialist

Comtech is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide technical support to users, troubleshoot and resolve computer software and hardware problems, and assist with coordination of changes, upgrades, and new products.

Requirements

• Assist users through problem solving steps
• Investigates and resolves computer software and hardware problems of users
• Determines whether problem is caused by hardware, software, or system
• Ability to obtain and maintain certification by Ohio Law Enforcement Automated Data Systems (LEADS) and FBI NCIC
