Solutions Engineer

Comtech is seeking a Solutions Engineer with a Bachelor's degree in IT sciences or business administration and a minimum of 4 years of experience in identification card distribution and management. The ideal candidate will have experience with Pro-Watch access control system configuration and management, handling PII and sensitive information, and producing identification badges.

Requirements

• Technical and tactical leadership of a small and independent technical team
• System configuration and administration of the Pro-Watch access control system
• Management of proximity and identification badges and badging systems
• Validation and verification of product and data quality
• Print production of identification badges
• Providing assistance to customers in a courteous and professional manner
• Development of Pro-Watch data fields and correlation of fields to badge components
• Performs analysis of data and data quality to ensure success of the project
• Adhere to potentially stringent security processes
• Reporting on daily and weekly productivity to management
