Comtech LLC is a woman-owned small business focused on delivering end-to-end solutions and products. As a Proposal Writer, you will assist in managing and directing proposal efforts and personnel, develop and review proposal strategies and themes, and build the proposal compliance matrix.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Technical field, English, Communication, or other area of concentration requiring proficient use of the English language
• Up to Five years of experience in the development and production of Federal proposals
• Strong writing and organizational skills
• Team player with ability to lead and motivate teams in a high pressure environment
• Advanced level of Microsoft Office suite, (Word and PowerPoint) and a working knowledge of Excel, Visio and MS Project
• Flexibility to work nights and weekends to meet proposal deadlines
• Familiarity with Shipley or related proposal development methodology
