Reporting to the Vice President, the Business Development Director will lead annual and active plan management for an assigned business unit, develop prioritized sales goals, and coordinate with Brand to develop and execute plans consistent with long-range goals.
Requirements
- Develop and manage business strategies to ensure delivery of the annual plan for assigned brands
- Manage the brand-specific agenda and support initiative prioritization
- Lead and manage activation of insights-oriented strategies for national and customer-specific levels
- Provide Joint Business Planning (JBP) leadership and develop linkage as point of contact between Customer Sales, Brand, and Center of Excellence Teams
- Lead and support customer meetings to enable MAPS and JBP
