Operator Mechanic

The Operator Mechanic reports to the Maintenance Supervisor and is responsible for ensuring assigned equipment is ready for startup/changeovers, visually inspecting equipment, and assisting mechanics with minor repairs and modifications.

Requirements

• Ability to work the scheduled/assigned times and required overtime for position
• Regular attendance to ensure production requirements are met
• Ability to read, write, communicate, and comprehend written instructions in English
• Knowledge of planned maintenance
• Knowledge of basic hand tools
• Basic math skills
• Good safety record and complete all necessary trainings.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
