Job Description
The Production Supervisor - 1st Shift will lead team members to identify, manage, and execute the plant's process improvement opportunities. They will manage production staff to attain production and quality goals, and ensure production resources are available to maintain production schedules.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- 2+ years or more supervisory experience
- Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment
- Understanding of manufacturing processes and loss
- Knowledge of GMP's
- Working knowledge of plant equipment and safety
- Ability to work weekends and/or shift work
