Job Description
The Production Supervisor will lead team members to identify, manage, and execute process improvement opportunities, manage production staff to attain production and quality goals, and ensure production resources are available as needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 2+ years or more supervisory experience
- Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment
- Understanding of manufacturing processes and loss
- Knowledge of GMP's
- Working knowledge of plant equipment and safety
