Job Description
The Quality Supervisor will lead and support the second shift Quality Assurance team, providing supervision, technical guidance, and scheduling for QA technicians and associates. The role will involve audits, HACCP program oversight, GMP training, sanitation evaluations, pest control, and collaboration with operations to resolve quality and safety issues.
Requirements
- BS degree in Biology, Microbiology, Chemistry, Food Science, or related field
- 2-4 years of related experience, preferably in the food industry
- Strong knowledge of Food Safety Guidelines, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and HACCP plans
- Familiarity with FDA and USDA regulations
- SQF experience preferred
