- Escalate issues to our client in accordance with the MSA and this SOW on knowledge base
- Monitor user behavior and enforce policies effectively
- Apply guidelines consistently to diverse content scenarios
- Handle sensitive issues independently while upholding platform standards
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
