Provide assistance via phone, email or chat, deliver technical support, address contract and billing inquiries, handle customer complaints, and serve B2B and B2C clients.

Requirements

• Service-oriented thinking with focus on customer experience
• Fluency in Norwegian (C1 level), and English written and verbal (B2)
• Administrative and technical knowledge
• Outstanding communication skills and good listener
• Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service
• Willingness to perform soft selling and upselling
