Job Description
We are looking for a Dutch-speaking representative for the Specsavers customer service in our office in Malaga. The role involves handling incoming and outgoing phone calls, Live Chat, and email with existing customers, providing a world-class service with a focus on good service and a friendly approach.
Requirements
- Answer questions and help eCommerce customers via phone, Live Chat, and email regarding online orders and payments
- Handle phone calls transferred from the stores and register these correctly via the ticket system
- Follow the prescribed procedures created for and within the project
