Job Description
This role involves answering inbound calls for credit/debit card queries, providing support, and resolving issues. The primary responsibilities include answering questions, resolving issues, and maintaining detailed records of interactions.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a desire to help others
- Proficiency with computer systems, with a readiness to learn
- Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays
