Requirements
- High level of French (Oral and written)
- Fluent in English (C1)
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Familiar with mobile apps, digital payments, and online platforms
- Ability to understand customer concerns fully and provide appropriate solutions
- Previous experience in customer service, support roles, or call centers (often preferred)
