Requirements

• High level of French (written and oral)
• Fluent in English (B2)
• Excellent communication skills coupled with empathy and team spirit
• Available for rotating schedules
• Positive attitude and a desire to provide good service
• Analytical by nature and able to anticipate problems and find solutions
