Job Description
Customer Service Representative for a well-known Dutch webshop, providing customer service via phone and chat, with a 3-week training period.
Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Minimum completed secondary education or equivalent
- Good command of the Dutch language, both in word and writing
- Good social and communication skills
- Excellent computer skills
- Good typing skills (at least 200 keystrokes per minute)
- Precise, structured, flexible, and positive
- Customer-oriented and stress-resistant
- Have your own smartphone
- Have internet at home (if calamities occur and you need to work from home)
- Be able to provide a certificate of good conduct
- At least 6 months of work experience (does not have to be specifically in the call center industry)
- Be available Monday to Sunday between 03:00 AM and 21:00 PM (at least twice a week from 03:00 AM and at least three times a week until 21:00 PM)
- Be obliged to be available on weekends
