Customer Service Representative for a Railway Company. Help, advise, and provide service to customers by phone and via chat. Inform passengers about subscription options, day tickets, and e-tickets.
Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Minimum completed secondary education or equivalent
- Good command of the Dutch and English language
- Good social and communication skills
- Excellent computer skills
- Precise, structured, flexible, and positive in nature
- Customer-oriented and stress-resistant
